Moving from employment by a government agency to the private sector can be complex. George Reis started his business in 2004 after 15 years at the Newport Beach Police Department. He provides work in Image and Video Analysis and also provides training in these fields. This presentation will cover the issues involved in marketing an expert witness and training business, working with prosecutors, defense and civil attorneys, and managing the business.
