Forensic Photography Symposium 2025
This excellent event is now in its fourth year. Each year seems to get better than the previous one.
The Forensic Photography Symposium (FSP) is a four day on-line event with multiple instructors that cover topics from bloodstain photography and crime scene lighting to surveillance photography and image enhancement. This year each day will have a four hour short course at the start, followed by six presentations over the next four hours. In four days there will be four short courses and 24 presentations!
I will present a four-hour short course on using Adobe Photoshop in a forensics workflow that will be relevant to the forensic photographer, latent print examiner, video analyst, and questioned document examiner. I will also have a short presentation on image authentication. Each year, Eugene Liscio brings in top instructors from multiple countries for this event.
This is one event that I attend every year – if you work in any aspect of forensic photography and imaging – including forensic video analysis, image authentication, latent prints, accident reconstruction, etc. it should be on your calendar.
